Health & Safety Policy Statement
This is the Health and Safety Policy Statement of EXS IT Services Ltd. The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and various other legislative arrangements impose statutory duties on employers and employees. To enable these statutory duties to be carried out is it the policy of the company, so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure that the responsibilities for Health and Safety are properly assigned, accepted and fulfilled at all organisational levels.
Our statement of general policy is:

To provide adequate control of the Health and Safety risks arising from our work activities.

To provide suitable and sufficient resources for all our work activities.

To consult with our employees on matters affecting their Health and Safety.

To provide and maintain safe plant, machinery and equipment for the use of employees, contractors
and any other person who may be affected. -
To ensure that arrangements for use, handling and transport of articles and substances are safe.

To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees.

To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks and to give them adequate training.

To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.

To maintain safe and healthy working conditions.

To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals, to inform staff of any such revision
accordingly and provide training as necessary. -
It shall be the duty of every employee/contractor at work:
a) To take reasonable steps for the Health and Safety of themselves and of other persons who may
be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
b) To co-operate with the management, so far as is necessary, to enable that duty or requirement to be performed or complied with.
