Cable-Care from EXS offers the solution and gives you re-assurance things can easily be taken care of should the worst happen.  Most organisations will have some degree of support on their IT hardware. However not many, in our experience, will claim to have adequate cover, if any, on their cabling systems. Your cabling systems however well installed, do have problems from time to time and can suffer damage in some way.

What does it Cost?        Just  £475.00 + Vat for 12 Months cover

What's included?

Next business day response on-site - Up to 20 call outs during your 12 months cover. All labour & materials (excluding cable) - Genuine cable faults caused by either wear and tear or accidental damage. All copper and fibre cabling connecting to a network device, either fixed internally or externally.

What's excluded?

Cable: (all cable used either, fibre or copper will be charged for extra). Underground or overhead services provided by third parties, such as BT. Cable damage caused by fire, flood, vandalism or any act of God. Non cable related call outs.

Multiple sites: £475.00+ Vat for your main site, for each additional site within 80 miles of the main site, please add £30.00 + Vat per site. 12 Months minimum contract, no obligation to re-new.

EXS will also offer a business call out service specifically dealing with problems on customer sites that may include any of the following:  Emergency cabling faults (copper and fibre optic). Network switch faults (including configuration changes). Network performance issues. Wireless connectivity faults (including configuration changes to APs, Bridges, FSO equipment etc).

Our charges are based on distance away from base as follows:  0 - 40 Mile radius from base £180.00 call out in normal working hours. Beyond 40 mile radius from base or out of hours call out please call for pricing

The above call out rates are inclusive of travel to and from your site and the first two hours on-site, after which an additional £60.00 per engineer hour is charged. All call outs are subject to engineer availability at the time. (Cable Care subscribers will have priority).
