All Cabling work undertaken by EXS for you carries a 12 month warranty. For all new cabling systems, the manufacturer will further warranty all components within the system for 25 years. Manufacturer backed warranty certificates will be issued to you by EXS following practical completion.

Network equipment supplied by EXS to you is subject to the manufacturers warranty. Warranties vary by manufacturer.

EXS offer a business call out service specifically dealing with problems on customer sites that may include any of the following;

• Emergency cabling faults (Copper and Fibre Optic)
• Network switch faults (inc. configuration changes)
• Network performance issues
• Wireless connectivity faults (inc. configuration changes to APs, Bridges, FSO equipment etc)
• Our charges are based on distance away from base as follows;

0 - 40 Mile radius from base £180.00 call out in normal working hours.

The above call out rates are inclusive of travel to and from your site and the first two hours on-site, after which an additional £60.00 per engineer hour is charged.

All call outs are subject to engineer availability at the time. Any materials used or loan equipment temporary installed will be charged at an additional cost.
